Delivery Options

  1. Standard Delivery: Our standard shipping option usually takes 1 business day for delivery. The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
  2. Local Pickup: If you are located near our physical store, you can choose to pick up your order in person. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup, and you can collect it during our regular business hours.

Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders require a 2-day lead time before delivery, regardless of the time the order is placed.

  • Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within two business days of receipt.
  • Our store operates Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day, with delivery scheduled two business days later.
Packaging and Freshness
We take great care to ensure that your meal plan arrives fresh and in perfect condition. Our meal plans are carefully packed to maintain their freshness during transit.

We also use sustainable containers to ensure that your food stays fresh and flavorful until you are ready to enjoy it.

Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and delivered, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your order and estimate its delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to some locations due to legal or logistical restrictions. If your location is not eligible for delivery, we will notify you during the checkout process.
